The YVT070WSVL-H01 is a 7.0-inch high-performance TN TFT-LCD module developed. It consists of a TFT LCD panel, Driver IC, FPC and Backlight, with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels and support for up to 16.7M colors, presenting clear and rich visual effects. Adopting a normally white display mode and RGB vertical stripe pixel arrangement, it delivers excellent color performance. Equipped with an LVDS interface, it enables fast and stable data transmission, making it suitable for industrial control, smart terminals, and other display scenarios. The module uses white LEDs as backlight, achieving a typical luminance of 280 CD/m² and a contrast ratio of 600:1, ensuring good visibility in different environments. Its surface features an anti-glare treatment to reduce light reflection interference. All materials of the product meet RoHS and halogen-free requirements, complying with environmental protection standards. With an operating temperature range of -10℃ ~ +50℃ and storage temperature range of -20℃ ~ +60℃, it can adapt to various common working and storage conditions..

The YVT070WSVL-H01 LCD module ensures reliable electrical performance. For power supply, the digital supply voltage (VDD) ranges from 3.0V to 3.6V (Typ. 3.3V), the analog power supply voltage (AVDD) is 8.6V to 9.0V (Typ. 8.8V), the TFT gate-on voltage (VGH) is 17.4V to 19.4V (Typ. 18.4V), and the TFT gate-off voltage (VGL) is -9V to -7V (Typ. -8V). The TFT common electrode voltage (VCOM) is 2.4V to 2.8V (Typ. 2.6V). In terms of current consumption, the typical gate-on current (IVGH) is 0.5mA, gate-off current (IVGL) is 4mA, digital current (IVDD) is 18.9mA, and analog current (IAVDD) is 21.4mA. It should be noted that the power-on/off sequence must be strictly followed: power on in the order of VDD/GND → AVDD/AGND → V1 to V14, and power off in the reverse order to prevent device damage from latch-up. For humidity, when operating in high-temperature and high-humidity environments (50℃, 90%RH), no condensation is allowed to avoid affecting module performance.
For the backlight unit (Ta=25℃), the typical LED current (ILED) is 180mA (for 27 LEDs), the forward voltage (VF) ranges from 9.0V to 10.5V (Typ. 9.9V) at IF=180mA, and the reverse current (IR) is a maximum of 50μA at VR=10V (per LED). The luminance tolerance (IV-M) is 75-80% (Min./Max.×100), ensuring consistent backlight brightness. The peak forward current (IFP) for a single LED is 100mA, and the reverse voltage (VR) is 10V (per LED). It is recommended to use a stable current drive to maintain backlight performance. Additionally, the module's touch panel (if equipped) uses GT911 driver IC, with 10 voltage channels, 220 touch points, and a cover lens of 0.7mm chemically tempered glass, featuring a surface hardness that meets practical use requirements and a light transmittance of no less than 85% in non-ink areas, ensuring clear display and sensitive touch response.
