The heavy-duty push-pull control cable with twist lock handle is a high-performance mechanical control solution designed for applications requiring precise linear motion and secure position holding. Equipped with an ergonomic twist lock handle and threaded bulkhead mount, this control cable allows operators to push or pull the cable to the desired position and lock it firmly in place by rotating the handle.
Constructed with a reinforced outer conduit and high-strength inner core, this cable assembly delivers smooth operation, excellent load capacity, and long-term reliability in demanding environments.
The push-pull control cable transmits linear force through an internal steel core housed within a flexible outer conduit. When the operator pushes or pulls the twist lock handle, the core moves accordingly to actuate the connected mechanism. Once the desired position is reached, rotating the handle engages the internal locking mechanism, preventing further movement of the cable until unlocked.
