ASTM D2843 Smoke Density Test Apparatus For Building Material

The Building Material Burning or Decomposition Smoke Density Test Apparatus is designed for determining static smoke content when building materials and other solid materials are burned.

It is applicable to the determination of static smoke content when building materials and its products are burned. It can also be used for the determination of static smoke content when other solid materials are burned.

Meets GB/T8627, ASTM D2843 standard requirements.

• Consists of combustion box and computer control system
• Burning chamber dimensions: L300 x W300 x H790 (mm)
• Combustion box made of high-quality non-steel plate, CNC machined
• Internal components made of high-quality stainless steel for excellent rust resistance

• Flat, well-ventilated area free of flammable/explosive/corrosive gases
• No strong electromagnetic radiation sources nearby
• Adequate maintenance space around equipment
• Temperature: 25℃ ~ 35℃
• Power supply: AC220V/50HZ with ±10% voltage fluctuation allowance
• Frequency allowance: 50Hz±1%
• Requires dedicated air/power switch of appropriate capacity
