1. Overview
Multi-tip tooling, also known as multi-tip dies and punches, is a specialized, high-productivity tablet compression tooling system. Unlike conventional single-tip tooling that produces one tablet per stroke, a single multi-tip upper punch and its corresponding multi-bore die are designed to compress multiple tablet units simultaneously in a single compression cycle. This technology is engineered for dramatically increasing output on rotary tablet presses without increasing the machine's rotational speed.

2. Key Design & Components
The fundamental design involves replicating the tip geometry across a single punch head and die block.

· Multi-Tip Upper Punch: A single punch body with multiple, identical tips (e.g., 2, 3, 4, or more) precisely machined on its working face. The tips are arranged in a specific pattern (linear, circular).
· Multi-Bore Die: A single die block containing a matching number of precision bores (cavities) arranged in the exact same pattern as the punch tips. Each bore corresponds to one tablet.
· Lower Punches: These are typically individual, standard lower punches (not a single multi-tip unit). Each lower punch independently services one bore in the multi-bore die, allowing for individual weight control and tablet ejection.
· Advanced Note: For ultimate weight control, a segmented lower punch system can be used, where multiple lower punch tips are mounted on a common head.

Warranty:
Our machine is under warranty for 12 months. Most components are free-replacement warranty,but the client needs to pay the DHL fee . Artificial and thunder strike damage is beyond the scope of the warranty. Spare parts are not in the warranty time.

After Sales Service :
Our engineer is available to provide after sales service oversea. Customers need to afford
the visa, tickets , accommodation, hotel and 100 USD per day.
Technical Support: We will be a consultant for clients about the technical problem before
order, provide drawing specification, design customized project, analyze and solve
technical problem.

Operation Training:
We are pleased to receive client’s technician to our factory and learn the operation course,
take photo, video.
