EPAH-350 Triplex Drilling Mud Pump

Structural Characters

The shell, crankshaft, connecting rods and crosshead are made of nodular cast iron.
The crankshaft and gear shaft are supported by aligning roller bearings.
The gear pairs are made of casted alloy steel with medium hard tooth face, separate type skewed tooth transmission is adopted with the good features of even force and smooth operation.
The built-in oil pump is used to lubricate all alloy parts by force and all accessories of the oil pipe are fastened outside the shell so that it is easy to maintain.
The hydraulic cylinder is made of forged alloy steel and its top and side are thread valve covers.
The intermediate rod is connected to the piston rod by clamps.
At the corners of crankshaft, split-body bearing bush is used to take the place of bearings.
