The core of the system is the high-performance automatic spring coiling machine. It features a powerful 22kW main motor driving the rolling spindle, while precision is ensured by dedicated servo motors for pitch control (11kW) and outer diameter control (0.4kW). The machine incorporates functions like automatic feeding, mandrel clamping, and a tilting body for complex geometries. Heated wire rod (at 920°C-950°C) is precisely fed, positioned, and rolled into final spring shape with minimal deflection (below 3mm/M).

Automation is completed by a Yaskawa GP180 6-axis articulated robot. With a payload of 180kg and repeatability of ±0.05mm, this robust robot is equipped with a high-temperature fixture to automatically and reliably transfer the hot-coiled springs to the next processing stage. The entire production flow is orchestrated by an intelligent centralized control system featuring a Delta touchscreen. This system allows for easy parameter setting, remote monitoring via 4G connectivity, production data logging, and comprehensive alarm management, enabling seamless integration into smart factory environments.
