Our facility features three dedicated steel structure production lines equipped with advanced CNC machinery including plasma cutting machines, flame cutting machines, H-Section steel assembly machines, gantry welding machines, shot-blasting machines, and paint spray booths. We maintain dedicated space for fabricating heavy-duty and large structure steel components.

Our capabilities include welding large size and special-shaped steel structures such as H-section steel, latticed steel, cross-shaped steel, box-shaped steel, arc-shaped steel, and large diameter seamless welding pipes.

Our comprehensive quality control measures include:

• Raw material quality control with thickness tolerance <0.25mm
• In-house yield and tension strength testing
• Third party inspection certificates and traceable mill certificates
• 100% dimension tolerance testing (<1mm)
• 20% sample welding line ultrasonic testing (full penetration, no faults)
• 20% magnetic powder testing (no bubbles, defects; smooth and full)
• Third-party inspection assistance available
• Shot blasting grade Sa 2.5 (metal luster, no rust/oil/welding spatter, roughness >75um)
• Paint primer application within 5 hours after shot blasting (holiday-free, smooth, no dust, DFT >75UM)
