Long Sheet Foam Horizontal Cutting Machine with 30m length Working Principle

1. Material Positioning: Place a large rectangular block of sponge material on the workbench.

2. Thickness Setting: Use the control panel (CNC or digital display) to precisely set the desired sheet thickness.

3. Blade Movement: After starting the machine, a sharp blade (usually a long ribbon or disc) rotates at high speed, driven by a motor.

4. Track Feed: The entire blade system moves smoothly horizontally along a sturdy "track" through the sponge block, completing a single cut.

5. Automatic Return and Raise: After a cut is completed, the blade carriage automatically returns to its starting position. The workbench or blade carriage automatically raises or lowers one sheet height based on the set thickness, preparing for the next cut.

6. Repeat: The above process repeats until the entire sponge block is cut into sheets.
