Filter Sponge Processing Machine Advantage
The Filter Sponge Processing Machine is ideal equipment for
manufacturing filter sponges and increasing the porosity of
ordinary sponges. The tensile strength of the sponges processed by
this machine can be increased by 2-3 times, and the porosity
reaches over 95%.

sponges.
Filter Sponge Processing Working Principle
Sponge is placed in a sealed chamber, and a combustible gas mixture
is added. Ignition then generates a high-temperature, high-pressure
airflow that travels through the sponge at supersonic speeds. This
melts the closed-cell membrane within the sponge, causing it to
adhere to the sponge's network structure, thickening the network
and eliminating the closed-cell membrane, resulting in a
filter-like sponge.
