Overview

A Fine Boring Head is a high-precision machining tool designed for achieving ultra-tight tolerances (up to ±0.005mm) and superior surface finishes (Ra 0.4–1.6 μm) in finishing operations. It is commonly used in CNC milling machines, lathes, and machining centers for precision hole sizing, taper correction, and fine adjustments in materials ranging from aluminum to hardened steels.

Standard corresponds to the reverse processing,

which has a wide range of use and increases the added value.

• CMP series is suitable for precision boring, m in processing diameter is cl> 20.

• The precision screw is located inside,so it won;t affected by iron filings,

abrasion, rust, etc. Internal lubrication makes it precision and durability.
