Excellent chemical resistance to aggressive acids! Inert to most solutions with a corrosion-resistant head. Low watt density. Built-in thermal protector and grounded element.
3 element, O shaped fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions up to 212°F (100°C). 1500-18000 watts, 120-600 volts.
Specify thermal overload protection desired. Guards are recommended on over the side heaters and required on L-Shaped heaters. Standard guard is polypropylene. Fluoropolymer (PTFE) guards recommended for chromic acid and solutions exceeding 180º F (82ºC).
Excellent chemical resistance to aggressive acids.
Point of Use (POU) Heating refers to the energy-efficient heating method of placing a small heater near the processing bath to reduce heat-up wait times.
