• Copper Layers: All signal and plane layers for both rigid and flex regions.
• Solder Mask: Top and bottom solder mask layers.
• Silk Screen: Component designators and assembly notes.
• Mechanical Layers: Board outline, tooling holes, and keep-out zones.
• Drill Files: Excellon format for plated and non-plated holes.
• Stack-up Info: A detailed layer stack-up drawing (Gerber or PDF) showing the flex/rigid transitions and material types.
• Impedance Spec: If impedance control is required.
