Product brief introduction

The open mixing mill is an open intermittent mixing device for plastic materials, which is composed of two parallel rollers with an adjustable gap between rollers. Its main function is to mix and plasticize the uniformly mixed raw materials, and provide the calender with uniformly mixed and plasticized molten materials. In the process of mixing rubber, the open mixing mill mainly relies on the extrusion and shearing effect of the two relatively rotating rollers on the rubber. After multiple kneading and mixing, the mixing process is also accompanied by chemical reactions, which break the macromolecular chains inside the rubber and plastic, so that the various components inside the rubber are mixed and dispersed evenly, and finally achieve the purpose of mixing rubber.
