The paper egg tray machine pulp molding machine is composed of the following sections:

• Put the raw material and water into the hydraulic pulper, you will get the paper pulp after mixed 10-20 minutes.
• Pulp pump will transfer the finished paper pulp into the slurry pool.
• The pulp pond beater will mix the pulp concentration.
• The pulp pump will transfer the pulp into forming machine.

• The molding machine absorbs pulp to the molding mold through vacuum system suction, removing excess water into the gas-water separation tank.
• The water is then pumped to the tank for storage.
• The transfer mold removes the finished product and sends it to the drying tray inside the dryer oven.

• Heat source: natural gas, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas and other combustion liquids and gases.
• Transmission mode uses industrial transmission chain to drive the net plate transmission in the drying line.
