Description

The machine adopts high-quality steel plate welding frame, shaftless opening and closing mechanism, loading and unloading cable tray without crane.The whole machine together with the cable tray travels on the ground rail to realize the cable centering and unwinding, and the cable does not produce lateral deformation.
The take-up is driven by Z4 DC motor or inverter motor, equipped with four gears and friction clutch, which can meet the use of different process speeds. The row of wires adopts PLC programmable control, according to the input wire diameter, to realize automatic tracking row of wires, and synchronous operation with the host computer; The gear box of the transmission system can be integrated with the sliding top seat, which is flexible in lifting and lowering and convenient in operation.
