Product Description
LWT Hot Melt Labeling Machine in operation

Containers are first grasped by the infeed star wheel and moved onto the container table. Rotation begins as they are securely centered between container plates and centering bells.

The feed roller adjusts its speed according to the required label length, maintaining consistent web tension. An integrated threading unit ensures smooth and stable film feeding. Inside the cutting unit, labels are precisely severed at the exact position through PLC-controlled servo motion.

Two narrow strips of hot melt adhesive are applied by a heated glue roller to both the leading and trailing edges of each label. The label—already coated with adhesive on its leading edge—is then transferred onto the container. This initial glue strip enables accurate label placement and strong initial adhesion. As the container rotates during application, the label is wound tightly around its surface. A final application of adhesive at the trailing edge secures a complete and reliable bond.
