The Quick Locking Bolts Kit and Fixture Jigs for D28 D16 Welding Table is a comprehensive set of core modular tooling accessories designed for three-dimensional flexible welding worktables. Specifically engineered for two standard hole system platforms - D16 (16mm) and D28 (28mm) - this system enables rapid positioning, precise clamping, and efficient locking of workpieces.
The innovative design features five concentric steel balls within the 28mm or 16mm quick locking pin body. When the locking pin thread is loosened, the steel balls automatically retract, allowing the pin to be easily inserted or removed from the workpiece round hole. During operation, the locking pin is inserted into the workpiece hole and the pin head is gradually tightened by hand, causing the steel balls to protrude and automatically lock into position.
