This flexible tooling system is engineered for heavy-duty,
multi-variety welding applications, ideal for welding and assembly
of construction machinery, steel structures, and large box-type
workpieces, delivering both precision and durability.

Core Structure and Design Advantages
360° Omnidirectional Clamping Design
The eight sides of the regular octagonal tabletop are evenly
distributed with D28 standard positioning holes. These holes, in
conjunction with the tabletop's hole pattern, enable
full-dimensional positioning and clamping of workpieces in the
X/Y/Z three-dimensional space + 360° rotation. This allows for
multi-sided welding without flipping the workpiece, significantly
improving work efficiency.
The side holes support the installation of accessories such as
lateral supports, rotary clamps, and pneumatic clamps, adapting to
complex tooling arrangements for irregularly shaped and large
workpieces.
Nitrided Steel Corrosion-Resistant Process
The tabletop base material is high-strength alloy steel, treated
with low-temperature plasma nitriding. This forms a dense nitride
layer on the surface, resulting in hardness far exceeding that of
ordinary quenching treatments. It is wear-resistant and less prone
to weld slag adhesion. Weld slag can be easily removed with a soft
scraper without grinding.
The nitride layer + surface anti-rust coating provides double
protection. Neutral salt spray testing shows no significant
corrosion after 500 hours, making it suitable for humid and dusty
workshop environments and extending equipment lifespan.
D28 Grid Heavy-Duty Adaptability
The D28 standard grid (Φ28mm holes + 100mm hole spacing) is
specifically designed for heavy-duty welding. The matching clamps
(such as heavy-duty clamps, T-bolts, and large positioning blocks)
provide stronger clamping force, effectively counteracting thermal
deformation stress during heavy workpiece welding and preventing
workpiece displacement.
The hole walls are precision-machined and nitrided, ensuring wear
resistance and preventing hole deformation during long-term use,
guaranteeing stable positioning accuracy.

Tabletop Protection Layer
The tabletop is covered with a thickened PE protective film, and
the edges and corners are wrapped with EVA foam strips to prevent
damage during transportation; custom-made rubber dust plugs are
embedded in the positioning holes, providing triple protection
against dust, moisture, and damage to the hole walls.
The D28 heavy-duty clamps are stored in a classified manner in a
hard corrugated cardboard box, with pearl cotton dividers inside to
prevent scratching, and the outside of the box is clearly marked
with the accessory model and quantity for easy customer inspection
and inventory.
Cushioning and Shock Absorption Layer
High-density shock-absorbing foam is used to fill the gap between
the welding table body and the wooden crate, and 5cm thick
cushioning pads are added to the upper and lower ends, closely
fitting the contour of the table body to cushion against
transportation bumps and impacts.
All metal parts of the support frame are wrapped with anti-rust
paper and sprayed with anti-rust agent to effectively resist
corrosion from the humid marine environment during shipping.
Outer Packaging Box
A fumigation-free plywood wooden crate conforming to ISPM 15
standards is used, with a board thickness of ≥18mm, providing
strong load-bearing capacity and impact resistance; a forklift
pallet is standard on the bottom of the box to improve loading and
unloading efficiency.
When multiple units are shipped in one crate, thick wooden
partitions are added between the table bodies to prevent
deformation caused by mutual compression.
