Product Overview of Hybrid Rectifier Power Distribution Unit


The ET48300 Hybrid Rectifier Power Distribution Unit is a 19-inch sub-rack for hybrid power system produced by ESTEL, with 9U height compact design for critical applications of fiber and microwave transmission, access devices, switches, etc. The system maximum power is 300A, with circuit breakers for AC input, PV input, batteries and loads. The cables are front accessing with circuit breakers and connection terminals.


Built for continuous operation, the rectifier can accommodate up to 8 hot-swappable 3000W modules (4 powered by PV and 4 by AC), supporting N+1 or higher redundancy configurations. Each module features forced-air cooling, and is with active Power Factor Correction (PFC ≥ 0.99), and low Total Harmonic Distortion (THDi ≤ 5%), ensuring a clean grid interaction and stable output. All components are installed in a 8U, 19-inch rack-mountable chassis rated IP20. Front-access hot-swap capability simplifies maintenance, while rear-mounted copper busbars provide a low-impedance, high-current connection path.


The integrated DC distribution includes low-voltage load disconnect (LLVD) and battery low-voltage disconnect (BLVD), enabling prioritized load shedding to preserve critical battery reserves during outages. An advanced system controller offers comprehensive monitoring and programmable logic via analog inputs (AI), digital inputs (DI), and digital outputs (DO). Remote management is supported through RS485 and SNMP interfaces, giving operators full visibility into alarms, performance metrics, and rectifier status. A front-panel LCD also allows convenient on-site configuration and diagnostics.
