1, features and uses

This series of resin sand mixer is an ideal equipment for mixing resin sand and water glass sand, which has the following advantages: it is an ideal equipment for mixing resin sand and water glass sand.

2, structure and working principle

The machine is composed of sand mixing mechanism, binder conveying system, gas path system and electrical system.

The sand in the mixer is first added to the curing agent through the control valve of the near end. The sand with the curing agent is transported forward through the spiral blade, and the resin is added from the control valve of the resin at the end of the resin.
