High-Temperature Cooling Tower for Foundries

Specifically designed for the foundry industry, our High-Temperature Cooling Tower handles hot water from electric arc furnaces, cupolas, medium-frequency induction heaters, and open/closed-loop cooling systems. Capable of reliably cooling water with inlet temperatures up to 65–85°C, discharging at 35–42°C—meeting continuous cooling demands for molding machines, melting furnaces, hydraulic systems, and air compressors.

Featuring high-temp FRP structure + specialized high-temp fill media + dual-layer stainless steel coil (closed-type) + intelligent VFD control, it ensures long-term reliability in the harsh foundry environment—high temperature, humidity, dust, and poor water quality. An ideal heat dissipation solution for energy savings and extended equipment life.
