Three Bag Types, One Machine

Your e-commerce line probably includes multiple bag formats. Stand up pouches for coffee and snacks. Zipper pouches for products that customers open and close repeatedly. Flat pouches for single serve samples. Our machine handles all three. For zipper pouches, an optical alignment system positions the reclosable track correctly every time. For stand up pouches, a bottom gusset opener expands the bag base so it stands upright on the shelf.

Flavor carryover is a real problem. You cannot run garlic snacks and then run coffee without cleaning. All bag contact surfaces are removable without tools and washable in a sink. The filling system has a quick release hopper. The sealing station has non stick coated bars that wipe clean. A complete cleaning for a product change takes fifteen minutes.
