SPECIFICATIONS

✅ Proper Storage Management: The warehouse temperature for storing plastic strapping should be kept as stable as possible to avoid sudden drops. Temperature control equipment can be installed in the warehouse to maintain the temperature within a suitable range. If this is not possible, the plastic strapping can be wrapped with insulating material to reduce contact with cold air.

✅ Use Appropriate Packing Tools: The pressure and speed of the packing machine should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the plastic strapping. At low temperatures, plastic strapping becomes brittle and is prone to breakage due to excessive pressure, so the pressure of the packing machine should be appropriately reduced. At the same time, the packing speed should be slowed down to allow the plastic strapping to better adapt to the packing process.
