Product Description

This modular 24-station robotic spin coating workcell breaks away from traditional fixed indexing turntables. Instead, 24 independent spin coating modules are arranged flexibly (circular, linear, or U-shaped), and one or two collaborative robots transfer products between modules. This design allows dynamic routing: a product can skip stations if drying is complete or revisit stations for multi-layer coating. Each spin module has its own motor, dispenser, and local controller, enabling true parallel processing with zero bottleneck. The workcell is ideal for manufacturers who frequently change product shapes or coating formulas, as the modular design allows reconfiguration in hours rather than days.
