Product Overview
This 0.97 inch EPD electronic paper display module adopts Active
Matrix Electrophoretic Display AMEPD technology, delivering
96(H)x200(V) resolution with 228 PPI high pixel density and
0.111×0.111mm pixel pitch for clear and delicate image quality.
Featuring BWR black white red full color display capabilities and
bi-stable display mode, it achieves high reflectance and ultra wide
viewing angle with no power consumption for static image display.
Equipped with SPI I2C dual serial interface and built-in SSD1680
driver IC with on-chip display RAM, temperature sensor and waveform
OTP, it supports 2.3V-3.6V low voltage input with ultra low sleep
current of only 3uA and peak update current of 8mA. With ultra thin
0.9mm thickness, compact 15.25x31.00mm outline dimension and light
0.87g weight, hard-coat surface treatment, commercial operating
temperature range of 0~40℃ and storage temperature range of
-25~60℃, it is RoHS compliant and ideal for electronic shelf
labels, IoT smart sensors, smart tags, wearable health trackers and
miniature embedded applications with reliable 3-year design life
and 12 month warranty.
