This OCHTA10 Ultra-Micro 0.95mm Diameter Separate Endoscope Camera Module specially designed for visual inspection in extremely small scenarios, this product takes the OCHTA10 sensor as the core, breaking through space limitations with an extreme micro diameter of 0.95±0.05mm, paired with a separate structure and IP67 waterproof steel shell, easily overcoming detection challenges inaccessible to conventional modules. Its core highlight lies in the perfect balance between ultra-small size and powerful performance — 4 LED lights can be placed under the 0.95mm ultra-micro lens, combined with independently controllable fill light design, which can efficiently adapt to dark and low-light environments. Paired with a 127°×100°×100° ultra-wide angle field of view and 3–30mm macro optical design, it can not only achieve full-coverage observation of extremely thin channels but also accurately restore details of tiny targets, with distortion controlled within < -11%, ensuring both imaging accuracy and breadth. At the same time, it is equipped with USB2.0 UVC driver-free protocol, supporting optional Micro USB 5P/Type-C dual interfaces, which can be quickly integrated without driver development, eliminating deployment costs, complying with RoHS standards, and combining waterproof durability and convenience. It provides an efficient and reliable high-definition detection solution for extremely small scenarios such as micro-apertures, deep cavities and minimally invasive medical treatment.
