Functions
1. Discharge end cover for large-scale mill, mill specification:
φ9.7×3.36m, maximum outer diameter of end cover: 10140mm.
2. Material: ZG20Mn, end cover is delivered in 4 halves.
3. Attach technical parameters to the drawing as per user's
requirements; production shall commence only after confirmation.
φ9.7×3.36m Semi-Autogenous Mill End Cover
1. The welding standard for welds is GOST 5264-80-Y6, with welding
electrode 42 GOST 9467-75. The total length of welds is 14 meters,
the weight of surfacing metal is 103 kilograms, and the weld
reinforcement on surface П (Zone 3A) shall not exceed 3 mm.
2. Dimensions marked with * are for reference only.
3. Dimensions in boxes marked with two ** shall be machined to
match components in drawing 3873.12.000.00 and drawing
3873.13.000.00.
4. Dimensions in boxes marked with three *** shall be machined to
match the assembly in drawing 3873.15.000.00.
5. Prior to machining, install all bolts at each joint at positions
4 and 5, and tighten them with a uniform torque of 8790 N·m. The
joint area on surface H (Zones 4Б and 6Б) shall be no less than
75%, and the local clearance at connections shall not exceed 0.5
mm.
6. The step difference between the edges of joints on surface П
(Zone 3A) shall not exceed 2 mm.
7. Plug No. 3 shall be cut to the measured dimensions obtained on
the user's site.
8. The relative position of cross-sections No. 1 and No. 2 at every
4 joints shall be fixed with alignment marks of 0.5-1 mm depth and
80-90 mm length. The number of alignment marks at each joint shall
correspond to the joint serial number.
9. Mark "LEFT" and the actual diameter Ф (Zone 4B) × (Zone 3A) on
cross-sections 1 and 2 where the end cover mates with the feed
hollow shaft (drawing 3873.12.000.00).
Mark "RIGHT" and the actual diameter Ф (Zone 4B) × (Zone 3A) on
cross-sections 1 and 2 where the end cover mates with the discharge
hollow shaft (drawing 3873.13.000.00).
10. After the combined machining of holes "T" and "Y" (Zone 5B),
and prior to disassembly, the relative position of the end cover
and hollow shaft assembly shall be fixed on the surface with
alignment marks of 0.5-1 mm depth and 80-90 mm length:
1) Left end cover, mating with the feed hollow shaft of drawing
3873.12.000.00: one alignment mark.
2) Right end cover, mating with the discharge hollow shaft of
drawing 3873.13.000.00: two alignment marks.
11. All alignment marks shall be made with visible, indelible
paint.
12. The load capacity of each lifting lug is 55 tons.
13. The paint coating shall comply with standard GOST 9032-74: the
outer surface is coated with enamel KO-813 (silver) per GOST
11066-74, VI8, 500 hours; the inner surface is coated with enamel
ПФ-115 (black) per GOST 6465-76, VII.
14. All assembly and mating surfaces shall be coated with rust
preventive oil per Grade I-2, with protection scheme 83-7. The
inner packaging shall comply with GOST 9014-78, and storage shall
meet the conditions specified in GOST 15150-69. The term for
recoating with rust preventive oil is 1 year.
15. The weight marked with four **** excludes the weight of the
construction kit (the approximate weight of the construction kit is
675 kg).
The contents of the quarter-end cap drawing as follows:
1. Dimensions marked with * are for reference only.
2. High-temperature tempering shall be performed after welding of
the end cover segments.
3. Welding shall be completed by certified professional welders.
4. The misalignment of the fan-shaped edge on surface П shall not
exceed 1.5 mm.
5. The weld reinforcement on surface П shall not exceed 3 mm.
6. Dimensions in parentheses are post-welding dimensions.
7. After electroslag welding, remove the weld protrusion at
position H. The residual protrusion from surface M shall not exceed
10 mm.
8. The layout of holes Л and Р shall be coordinated with the hole
positions of the mating end cover segments.
9. The distortion of overall dimensions shall not exceed 20 mm.
10. The non-contact gap between the surfaces of adjacent end cover
segments shall not exceed 5 mm.
11. Welds shall comply with the standard GOST 15164-69, using
welding wire CB08 GOST 2246-60. The weight of welding consumables
is 730 kg, and the total weld length is 9.6 m.
12. The load capacity of each lifting lug is 50 tons.
13. Hole C may be manufactured in accordance with this drawing.
14. Mark the drawing number as follows:
1)On the circumference of Ф10000mm, there are 128 holes of Ф60mm.
2)On the circumference of Ф4380mm, there are 48 holes of Ф75mm.
3)On the circumference of Ф4030mm, there are 32 holes of Ф75mm.
4)The above 3 circumferential holes shall not be drilled; the user
shall perform match drilling on-site. Only the centerlines need to
be marked.
5)Other holes on the end cover shall be implemented in accordance
with drawing 3873.11.000.00.СБ.
6)The following change is made to the dimension in drawing
3873.11.000.00.СБ: the connection dimension Ф4540H6 (between the
end cover and the discharge hollow shaft) is revised to Ф4542mm.
