Graphite Heater

The single crystal furnace graphite heater is a crucial component within the heating system. It leverages graphite's excellent electrical and thermal conductivity to convert electrical energy into thermal energy, creating the high-temperature environment essential for single crystal growth. Manufactured from high-purity graphite (carbon content >99.9%), these heaters utilize resistance heating principles. When current flows through the graphite heater, static pressure graphite ensures purity and performance, converting electrical energy to thermal energy that melts and maintains polycrystalline silicon at optimal temperatures for crystal growth.

Graphite Bottom Heater

Constructed from high-purity graphite with an extremely high melting point, the graphite bottom heater converts electrical energy to thermal energy when connected to power. This heat transfers to the quartz crucible and polycrystalline silicon materials above, providing necessary thermal energy for material melting and single crystal formation. Working in conjunction with the main heater, it reduces silicon material feeding time, enhances direct pull single crystal furnace efficiency, ensures rapid and uniform material melting, and creates optimal conditions for single crystal growth.

Graphite Electrode

As a key conductive heating component in single crystal furnace thermal field systems, graphite electrodes connect to the furnace's power system through copper electrodes, graphite connection plates, or water-cooled cables. Their threaded internal structure ensures low contact resistance and reliable conductivity. Serving as core current circuit conductors, these electrodes utilize low resistivity graphite (≤12 MΩ·M) to minimize Joule heat losses.

Graphite Sheath

Graphite sheaths provide essential isolation and protection within single crystal furnace thermal fields. Components including electrode graphite sheaths, exhaust sheaths, and support rod sheaths install tightly within reserved through-holes of furnace bottom insulation components. By forming physical barriers through tight fitting in through-holes, they isolate graphite carbon felt from graphite lower shaft through-holes, electrode through-holes, and exhaust channels. This protection prevents silicon liquid and vapor infiltration, extends graphite carbon felt service life, enhances furnace bottom insulation, improves thermal field insulation performance, boosts single crystal quality, and reduces operational costs.
