Fully automated sheet metal laser cutting production line: After
cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, stainless steel and other
coils are leveled, they are laser-cut into sheet metal of various
required lengths through a precision feeding system.
The production line is controlled by a CNC system. The feeding
length is precisely controlled by servo motors and high-precision
lead screws. Length, width, cutting parameters, processing
quantity, and speed information can be input into the CNC system
and set via a touch screen human-machine interface. The production
line can automatically stop when the processing quantity is reached
or when a single roll of sheet material is processed.
