High-Speed Fully Automatic CNC Welding Process: The entire process is under fully automatic CNC control via a PLC. Multiple welding heads can be used to complete more spots per cycle, after which the worktable automatically indexes to the next row, repeating until all points are welded. Equipped with monitoring and alarms, it enables unmanned, high-speed continuous production with multiplied efficiency.
Medium Frequency Energy-Saving & Direct Power Supply Technology: Utilizes a Medium Frequency Inverter (MFDC) welding power source, offering significant energy savings compared to line-frequency equipment, along with stable welding current and minimal spatter. The unique design of direct power supply from the transformer to the workpiece minimizes energy transmission loss. Combined with a maintenance regimen of regular electrode replacement, it ensures high performance while achieving energy efficiency and long-term operation.
Intelligent Pneumatic Constant-Pressure System: The welder is equipped with a pneumatic electrode system featuring automatic preload force adjustment, delivering a relatively constant pre-pressure. Compared to spring preloading, it offers the distinct advantages of less electrode impact, reduced wear, and more secure weld points, further minimizing welding spatter and significantly extending electrode service life.
