Main Features

The body is designed with high rigidity, impact, and vibration resistance. Precision machined to meet the installation and load requirements of all components, its internal frame is reinforced with multiple ribs. This minimizes deformation during welding, ensuring exceptional process stability and operational safety.

The upper electrode is powered by a pneumatic-hydraulic booster cylinder, allowing for convenient and precise pressure adjustment. This system provides high hydraulic output using standard plant air pressure, eliminating the need for a separate hydraulic power unit. A dedicated air reservoir further stabilizes welding force by reducing pressure fluctuations.
Equipped with digital welding control for precise management of current, time, and pressure. Features air and water pressure monitoring switches with alarms to effectively prevent welding under insufficient coolant or air supply conditions, protecting the equipment from damage.
The descent and ascent speeds of the pressure head are fully adjustable, cushioning impact on the workpiece and reducing noise. The combination cylinder, featuring an aluminum alloy barrel with low-friction seals and rings paired with a pilot-operated, high-flow valve, ensures smooth movement, fast response, and high cycling speeds.
The secondary circuit employs an insulated design for the pressure cylinder base and upper arm, allowing for safe installation and welding on conductive bases without short-circuit risk. The main power circuit uses a fully water-cooled resistance welding transformer and rectifier, known for robust power output, energy efficiency, and reliable performance.
