It includes automatic detection and compensation functions to effectively prevent cold welds and insufficient fusion. Foot switch control is supported for high productivity and low labor intensity.
Precise Adjustable Force & Motion: Electrode force is applied via compressed air, offering stable and adjustable pressure. The descent and ascent speeds of the pressure head are independently and infinitely adjustable, enabling cushioned contact with the workpiece to effectively reduce impact, protect the workpiece, and lower operational noise.
Safe & Reliable System Design: The secondary conductor uses an upper insulation method for stable and reliable insulation performance.
