Flexible Packaging Polyurethane Lamination Adhesive 2 Part PU Adhesive

The Polyurethane Adhesive is a high-performance solvent-free lamination adhesive designed for flexible packaging. It provides excellent bonding strength, good leveling, and stable durability, making it ideal for soft packaging, food packaging, and high-barrier film lamination.

This two-component adhesive features a standard mixing ratio of 100:65 (A:B). At 25℃, Component A has a viscosity of 1200–2400 mPa·s and density of 1.21 g/cm³; Component B has a viscosity of 1600–2800 mPa·s and density of 1.16 g/cm³. The balanced viscosity ensures smooth coating and uniform application on various film surfaces.

It bonds well with PE, CPP, BOPP, PET, PA and other common packaging films, and supports stable performance on standard 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 solvent-free laminators. Good heat resistance makes it suitable for spout pouches and gear heat sealing applications.

Component A comes in 25 kg and 220 kg drums; Component B in 20 kg and 210 kg drums, supporting both small trials and large-scale production. Samples are available for testing before bulk orders.
