Tesa® Softprint 52018 for flexographic printing double-sided tape - Extra soft

• Extremely soft: Utilizing highly compressible PE foam base material, it has excellent rebound and can minimize the expansion of ink dots to the greatest extent
• Strong anti-sagging: The modified acrylic adhesive has strong adhesion and can firmly fix the plate, preventing edge lifting or shifting during high-speed operation
• Easy to stick and remove: The textured release paper tape facilitates air exhaust, leaves no residue of glue when removing the plate, and supports the repositioning of the plate

• Fine Printing: Specializes in high-line count (over 100 lines), fine dots, and high-gloss level printing. The edges of the printed products are clearer.
• Specific Printing Plates: Particularly suitable for use with relatively hard digital photosensitive resin plates, effectively compensating for the insufficient buffering caused by the hardness of the plate.
• Small Diameter Plate Rollers: Can maintain excellent shock absorption effect on small-diameter plate rollers, and are highly suitable for long-format and high-speed printing.
