The L800 Series Single Channel Carton Erecting Machine from Dayuan Machinery is an economical fully automatic food carton production equipment designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international high standards. This series provides two model options: L800-A (servo controlled punch) and L800-C (crank linkage controlled punch), which can be customized according to different production needs to produce cartons of various shapes and sizes. The equipment adopts an innovative vertical servo motor structure to save installation space, and features stable operation, high efficiency, cleanliness and hygiene, making it the cost-effective choice for small and medium-sized food packaging enterprises and bakery packaging factories.

Innovative vertical servo motor structure greatly reduces the horizontal space of the equipment compared with traditional horizontal layout. The whole machine covers an area of only 4000×1200mm, which can be easily installed in small and medium-sized factories, significantly improving factory space utilization.
The maximum production speed can reach 200pcs/min, with stable operation without jitter. The cartons are formed squarely and bonded firmly, effectively solving the problems of forming deviation, glue opening and warping of traditional models, with high finished product yield.
