Our turbine impeller is manufactured from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum alloy utilizing precision CNC machining.

To optimize performance in harsh aerospace environments, the component undergoes specialized heat treatment and ceramic coating. These post-processing phases enhance surface hardness, tribological wear resistance, and thermal stability, effectively extending total operational service life.
