JL24-16TKY is a board-to-wire cable connector in the JL24 series, designed to national and US mili-tary standards with high reliability and miniaturization. It has gold-plated wire spring contacts for lower resistance and better corrosion resistance, uses crimp connection, fits appropriate wires and customizable cable lengths. With a wide temperature range, vibration and impact resistance, it matches corresponding PCB sockets and is widely used in high-precision scenarios like aerospace and mili-tary equipment for stable transmission. Essential knowledge for product selection

If there are no special instructions from the user when selecting wire pressing products, the J30JZ series products are equipped with AFR-250-0.12-250V white wires with a length of 250mm. If the user has special requirements for the wires, they should be indicated in the following format after the plug or socket model:
- Wire specifications: directly indicate the wire specifications (cross-sectional area), if omitted, it defaults to 0.12mm ²; (Suitable for specifications of 0.07~0.15mm ²) wire color Directly indicate the color of the wire, if omitted, it defaults to white.
- Wire length: The length of the wire extending from the end face of the outer shell, measured in millimeters.
- External protection of wires: directly indicate the type and requirements of external protection for wires, including nylon wire sleeves, metal shielding mesh, and heat shrink tubing.
If there is no technical agreement or consensus has not been reached before, the empty points in the product shall be blocked with sockets or pin fittings that have not been crimped with wires.
If the user has other special requirements for the wiring of the product (such as using single core wires, uncoated wire surfaces, tin plated wire surfaces, different wiring requirements for each hole, etc.), the wiring requirements should be specified in the contract.
