Product Overview

The BHM300 Automatic Edge Banding Machine is a cost-effective and efficient edge banding solution specifically designed for panel stores and small-scale processing workshops. Featuring a compact design with overall dimensions of 3500×750×1500mm and a machine weight of 1000kg, it occupies minimal floor space and offers excellent adaptability to limited workshop environments. Equipped with a vertical display control panel and hand-cranked digital display for pressure beam height adjustment, the machine provides intuitive and convenient operation. It supports board thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 60mm and edge banding materials with thicknesses of 0.3mm to 3mm, with a minimum workpiece size of 50mm (width) × 70mm (length). Operating at a conveyor speed of 18–24m/min, a total power of 7kW, and a working pressure of 0.7MPa, it meets the continuous processing requirements for PVC, polyester, and other edge banding materials.
