Our TDI-Polyester Polyurethane Elastomer series is engineered for demanding industrial environments, offering a unique combination of high tensile strength, exceptional elasticity, and wear resistance. With customizable hardness (77A–95A) and processing parameters, it serves as an ideal material for rollers, seals, and wear-resistant components. The product line includes four precision-formulated models (T120/95A, T120/90A, T120/85A, T120/75A) to match specific operational needs.

1. Wide Hardness Range

   • From rigid (95A) to flexible (75A), catering to applications requiring high load-bearing capacity or shock absorption.
   • Example: T120/95A withstands heavy pressure in die-cutting, while T120/75A absorbs vibration in conveyor rollers.

2. Superior Mechanical Properties

   • Tensile strength up to 60 MPa (T120/90A) and elongation up to 720% (T120/75A), ensuring durability under stress.
   • High elasticity reduces deformation under cyclic loading, extending service life.

3. Controlled Processability

   • Pot life ranges from 3.5 to 8.5 minutes, allowing flexibility in molding and casting processes.
   • Viscosity optimized for uniform flow during curing (e.g., 1100–2100 cP at 70°C).

4. Tailored Curing Systems

   • Compatible with MOCA (for high-performance grades) and E300 (flexible grades), enabling precise cross-linking density control.

• Material Versatility: Suitable for metalworking, printing, packaging, and mask production.
• Longevity: 3–5x longer service life than conventional rubber under high-friction conditions.
• Customization: Adjust NCO% (3.1–6%) and curing ratios to meet specific equipment requirements.
