Aluzinc Color Coated Steel Coil, also known as PPGL (Pre-painted
Galvalume Steel Coil), is a high-performance, multi-functional
metal building material manufactured with advanced hot-dip
aluminum-zinc alloy coating technology and precision color coating
process. Using a Galvalume substrate composed of 55% aluminum,
43.5% zinc and trace alloy elements, it combines the excellent
corrosion resistance of aluminum and the cathodic protection
performance of zinc, providing long-term durability even in harsh
environments such as coastal, industrial and high-humidity areas.
The product is treated with multi-layer surface pretreatment
including degreasing, phosphating and passivation, which greatly
enhances coating adhesion and anti-corrosion performance.
The surface is coated with high-quality polyester (PE), silicon
modified polyester (SMP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and other
functional coatings, featuring uniform color, high gloss retention,
excellent weather resistance, anti-ultraviolet aging and
anti-fading performance. It maintains stable physical and chemical
properties for a long time under extreme temperature changes and
strong sunlight exposure. With high surface flatness, stable
thickness tolerance and excellent mechanical properties, this coil
has superior formability, bendability, punching resistance and wear
resistance, making it highly adaptable to various deep processing
procedures.
It supports a full range of customized deep processing services,
including slitting to fixed width, cross-cutting into flat sheets,
bending, folding, stamping, embossing, profiling and laser cutting.
During processing, the coating does not crack, peel or fall off,
maintaining structural integrity and surface aesthetics. It can be
processed into corrugated roofing sheets, wall panels, light steel
structures, garage doors, shutters, ceiling tiles, veneer panels
