supported by XSA (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus TCP). If not, use a protocol
converter. Second, check if the controller's IP address is in the
same subnet as the MES server.
Q2: The controller keeps shutting down unexpectedly in Middle
Eastern factories with high temperatures. Is it a quality issue?
A: Rarely a quality issue—it's usually due to improper heat
dissipation or exceeding the operating temperature range. Solutions
include installing the controller in a closed electrical cabinet
