Working Principle of Pneumatic Cut-off Valve: Most valves using compressed air as the power source are remotely controlled. The main control room manually or automatically triggers the action command, causing the inlet and exhaust solenoid valves to operate, supplying or exhausting compressed air to the actuator. The compressed air acts on the piston or diaphragm, overcoming the friction of valve movement and the spring force on the valve stem, thereby lowering (for fail-open valves) or lifting (for fail-closed valves) the valve stem, which drives the valve core to move up and down, opening or closing the valve.
