OASIS Perforated Drainage Filter Steel Casing Pipes Screens
Perforated pipe is made with steel belt perforated, then coiled to the unfinished piping according to certain spiral line's angle (formation angle), then finished with sub arc welding of the pipe seams. Our pipe is deburred internal and external as well as drift tested according to API standards. Every hole is visually inspected and cleaned of burr material. The size, grade and weight of the base-pipe are according to API casing or tubing specification. Hole diameter and quantity can be customized.
1. Our perforated casing pipe use welded or seamless stainless
steel pipe, with high overall strength. It use API J55/K55/N80
casing and tubing, so it's not easy to deform.
2. The hole is uniform and smooth without burrs.
3. The whole pipe will do pickling and passivation treatment to
prevent corrosion as per customer's requirements.
4. Perforated casing pipe/tube is easy to operate and convenient to
use.
