Specimens & Scope: Suitable for metal, non-metallic and composite conduits or fittings for electrical or communication systems up to AC 1000 V and/or DC 1500 V.

Test Purpose: To evaluate whether conduit fittings with terminations meet the mechanical performance requirements for bending resistance.

Test Principle: A servo motor drives a rotary table to bend the flexible conduit left and right at a specified speed and angle. The machine stops automatically when the preset number of cycles is reached.

Equipment Structure:

Servo motor drive with large aluminum mounting plate for large specimens, ensures the swing axis aligns as closely as possible with the cable entry point of the fitting, minimizing lateral displacement of the cable and load.
