Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, prepainted galvanized steel coil uses
cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as base plates. After
surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical
conversion treatment, it undergoes continuous coating via roller
coating method, followed by baking and cooling. This coated steel
offers lightweight construction, attractive appearance, excellent
anti-corrosion performance, and direct processability, serving as
an ideal raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle
manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet features zinc-coated steel surface for effective
rust prevention. Surface options include regular spangle, small
spangle, and big spangles. All products maintain excellent
appearance free from defects such as no plating, holes, cracks,
scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or
white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet consists of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2%
silicon solidified at 600°C, forming a dense tetrad junction
crystal structure. Offering three times the corrosion resistance of
pure galvanized sheet with decorative zinc flower patterns, it's
ideal for building exterior panels. Excellent heat resistance
withstands temperatures over 300°C, making it suitable for chimney
tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
