Designed as an all-in-one unit, it comprises a fully automatic control cabinet, flocculation mixing tank, sludge thickening and dewatering module, and filtrate tank. Operating in full automation, it achieves high-efficiency flocculation, executes continuous sludge thickening and pressing, and manages filtrate through recycling or compliant emission.

Working Principle

The screw press sludge dewatering machine integrates thickening and dewatering functions into one body. Sludge undergoes gravity thickening in the thickening section first, then is pushed forward to the dewatering section. In the forward moving process, the filter gaps and screw pitch decrease gradually, and the back pressure plate blocks the sludge to generate great internal pressure, which shrinks the sludge volume constantly and achieves complete dewatering.
