Product Overview
The 18kW DC48V rectifier system delivers robust and uninterrupted DC power tailored for telecommunications, data centers, and industrial operations where system availability is non-negotiable. Operating from a 380VAC three-phase input, it supplies a stable and adjustable DC output ranging from –43 VDC to –58 VDC, nominally set at –53.5 VDC. Its advanced power conversion technology achieves better than 96% efficiency across the load range, making it an optimal fit for energy-sensitive and space-constrained installations.
Hot-Swappable Modular Design for Nonstop Operation
Purpose-built for service continuity, the system supports up to 6 x
3000W rectifier modules, field-replaceable without tools in an N+1
redundant configuration. Housed in a 5U-high 19-inch rack-mountable
enclosure (IP20), the chassis maximizes power density while
maintaining a small footprint. Each module, weighing under 2 kg,
relies on forced-air cooling to sustain thermal stability under
varying loads. With a power factor correction of 0.99 or higher and
total harmonic current distortion kept below 5%, the system ensures
clean energy conversion while minimizing harmonic feedback to the
mains network. Front-side access and top-entry cabling streamline
both installation and routine maintenance.
Onboard Intelligence with Flexible Load Management
Equipped with an integrated power distribution panel, the unit
supports both LLVD and BLVD schemes to enable prioritized load
shedding and battery protection. A built-in intelligent controller
offers full visibility and configuration authority through 3
temperature probe inputs—two dedicated to battery banks and one for
ambient monitoring—alongside 7 digital input ports and 6
programmable dry-contact relay outputs for alarm escalation. For
remote supervision, the system communicates via RS485 and SNMP,
while the local LCD interface allows operators to adjust parameters
and monitor system health in real time.
Field-Proven Resilience in Extreme Conditions
Rigorously tested for environmental endurance, the rectifier
sustains full rated output across an ambient temperature range of
–40°C to +65°C and relative humidity from 5% to 95%,
non-condensing. It also delivers uncompromised performance at
elevations up to 3000 meters above sea level. Merging compact
modularity with intelligent power governance and mechanical
robustness, the ET series forms a dependable DC power core for
facilities that demand absolute continuity.
