Product Overview
The 30 kW DC48V rectifier system is a high-capacity power solution engineered to guarantee uninterrupted DC power for telecommunications, data centers, and critical industrial processes. Operating from a 380VAC three-phase input, it produces a precisely regulated DC output adjustable from –43 VDC to –58 VDC, with a nominal setpoint of –53.5 VDC. With industry-leading conversion efficiency exceeding 96% even at full load, it is exceptionally well-suited for energy-optimized, high-density deployments.
Modular Architecture for Maximum Uptime
Designed for scalability and redundancy, the system accommodates up
to ten hot-swappable 3000W rectifier modules in a compact 9U,
19-inch rack-mountable chassis (IP20 rated). This configuration
supports N+1 redundancy to ensure continuous operation during
maintenance or module failure. Each lightweight module (<2 kg)
features forced-air cooling for reliable thermal performance.
Advanced power factor correction (≥0.99) and low total harmonic
distortion (THDi ≤5%) ensure high-quality power delivery and reduce
stress on upstream electrical infrastructure. Front-access design
and top-panel cable entry simplify installation and servicing.
Comprehensive Intelligence and Load Control
The integrated distribution panel includes both LLVD (Limited Load
Voltage Disconnect) and BLVD (Battery Low Voltage Disconnect)
functions for intelligent, flexible load management. The system is
managed by a sophisticated onboard controller offering extensive
monitoring and configuration options. It features 3 inputs for
ambient temperature sensors, 7 digital inputs for external status
monitoring, and 6 programmable dry-contact relay outputs for
comprehensive alarm management. Remote oversight is supported via
RS485 and SNMP interfaces, while an intuitive front-panel LCD
screen enables convenient local configuration and real-time status
checks.
Engineered for Extreme Reliability
Built to perform in the world's harshest environments, this
rectifier system operates at full specification without derating
from -40°C to +65°C and in relative humidity from 5% to 95%
(non-condensing). It maintains full output power at altitudes up to
3000 meters. By combining high-density power, intelligent control,
