The Vishay General Semiconductor PB5006, PB5008, and PB5010 are enhanced isoCink+TM bridge rectifiers designed for general-purpose AC/DC full-wave rectification. They feature an enhanced high-current density single in-line package with superior thermal conductivity, making them suitable for switching power supplies, home appliances, and white-goods applications. These rectifiers are tested to UL standard 1557 for safety, with electrically isolated semiconductor devices capable of withstanding 1500 V. The epoxy meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
