The BB644/BB664 series are silicon variable capacitance diodes designed for VHF TV-tuners. These diodes offer a high capacitance ratio and low series inductance and resistance. They are manufactured using an "in-line" matching assembly procedure to ensure excellent uniformity and matching between diodes. The packages are Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
